Collection: Brutalist "Outdoor"
Description
Giampiero Tagliaferri Derived from the homonymous indoor project, the Brutalist Outdoor table develops its architectural concept through materials and solutions designed specifically for outdoor use. It draws inspiration from one of the most emblematic works by Pier Luigi Nervi, Palazzo del Lavoro in Turin, reinterpreting its structural strength and plastic tension. The concrete base, with its irregular star-shaped design, stands out as a sculptural and incisive element: a material character that anchors the table in the open-air space, giving it solidity and character. In dialogue with this component, the solid teak top with natural finish and slatted detailing, introduces a warmer and more tactile quality to the piece. The chamfered edges soften its profile, creating a measured relationship between rigour and lightness. Available in rectangular and round variants, the table fits seamlessly into both classic and contemporary settings. The result is a furniture piece with a strong identity, capable of defining outdoor space with a calibrated presence, balancing memory and concept sensitivity.
