Product warranty

All products supplied by ALPIX carry the manufacturer's warranty. The duration depends on the brand and product category — typically between 1 and 5 years.

Before placing an order we confirm the current warranty terms with the specific manufacturer and communicate them to you in writing.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects and malfunctions arising under normal use in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

What is not covered

• Physical damage occurring after receipt of goods
• Improper use or incorrect installation
• Normal wear and tear (bulbs, consumable parts)
• Damage caused by improper storage or handling on the client's side

How to make a warranty claim

Contact us via WhatsApp or at [email protected] with a description of the issue and photos. We will liaise with the supplier and agree on next steps — replacement, repair or compensation — subject to the manufacturer's terms.
