Description

Starcloud draws its inspiration from the night sky and the Milky Way. The collection of glass forms is based on an abstract astral shape that evolves fluidly into three distinct objects – Atria, Lyra, and Vega – each a handblown work of art in its own right. These forms create subtly varying optical effects depending on the viewing angle, appearing to shift in shape, expanding and contracting or resolving into symmetry. Their flowing continuity evokes the pulsing energy of stars. The delicate glass elements, suspended on thin coaxial cables of varying lengths, are available in four variants: o
