Shiwa

The collaboration between Poltrona Frau and Japanese ceramic artist Yuki Nara, which began with the limited edition “Yuki Nara meets Poltrona Frau,” continues with “Shiwa,” a collection of ceramic vases inspired by nature and its transformations. A meeting of two worlds—art and design—translated into objects destined to endure over time. Shiwa is a Japanese term that refers both to the fine lines that mark the surface of skin, paper, or fabrics, and to the ripples that form on the surface of water.
